Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) ground grain-fed veal
300ml (1 1/4 cup) cream of mushrooms
50ml (1/4 cup) water
1 onion, finely chopped
15ml (1 tbsp) soya sauce
Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients. Cook one hour over low heat. Refrigerate 4 hours. Delicious!
