ÿ Ingredients
rnrn60 mlt(4 tbsp) flour
rn1 mlt(1/4 tsp) pepper
rn2.5 mlt(1/2 tsp) salt
rn5 mlt(1 tsp) paprika
rn600 gt(1 1/3 lb) grain-fed veal strips
rn30 mlt(2 tbsp) canola oil
rn1tsmall box of sliced mushrooms
rn250 mlt(1 cup) beef broth
rn60 mlt(4 tbsp) sour cream
rn15ml t(1 tbsp) grilled sesame seeds (optional)
rntsalt and pepper to taste
rnrnPreparation
rn? Mix the flour, pepper, salt and paprika well.
rn? Roll the veal strips in flour mixture. Remove excess by shaking meat in a strainer.
rn? Brown the strips in oil with the mushrooms for approx. 5 minutes.
rn?tDrain off fat, add the broth and let simmer for 15 minutes.
rn?tSprinkle with grilled sesame seeds.
rn?tAdd sour cream, mix, continue cooking for 2 minutes and serve with fresh pasta.
