Ingredients
1 kg (2 1/4 lb) cubed stewing veal
Marinade
250 ml (1 cup) fresh orange juice
60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
5 ml (1 teaspoon) oregano
5 ml (1 teaspoon) cumin powder
8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
1. Remove visible fat from cubed stewing veal.
2. Mix all ingredients for marinade in a pan, add veal cubes and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 140°C (280°F).
4. Place pan in oven with lid on and cook 3 hours, until cubes are tender.
