Ingredients
750g (1 3/4 lb) grain-fed veal cubes
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 onions chopped
250ml (1 cup) coconut milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped
60ml (4 tsp) canola oil
salt to taste
Curry powder to taste
Preparation
Brown veal cubes.
Drain the cubes and discard cooking oil. Put cubes aside.
Heat apples, onions and garlic over medium heat without browning.
Add curry and coconut milk and return cubes to heat. Salt and mix well. Let simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked.
