Ingredients
4 grain-fed veal T-Bone steak, 1,5 cm (3/4 inch)
Marinade
2 tbsp white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Allow the steaks to soak in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
For variety, you can replace the wine with lemon or lime juice, or the rosemary with oregano, basil or tarragon. The possibilities are endless.
Sear over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Lower the heat to the minimum and continue cooking for 3 minutes on each side. Turn off the flame, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
